Great atmosphere, great food quality and friendly, attentive service. The Tea House has a wide variety of tea selections to suit everyone's taste, as well as the level of caffeine and tannen are listed as well. Its an excellent place to celebrate events like birthdays, baby or bridal showers, or just a gathering with the girls. All in all, I had a wonderful experience and would return and maybe ride the train, as the station is literally steps away.

My afternoon tea experience here was phenomenal!!!😍 The beautiful decor, peaceful atmosphere, and kind, attentive staff made it extra special. I especially loved the Peach Apricot tea, it had a fresh, delicate aroma that wasn't overpowering. The warm scones and tea sandwiches were delicious as well. We chose the Garden Tea service, and I highly recommend it for a relaxing and memorable afternoon.

Absolutely my favorite place to dine in San Juan Capistrano. My favorite is the Bombay Chicken Curry. The weekend brunch experience is amazing with Salmon Benedict with Gluten Free options for scones and crumpet. Such a special place where my family has had many celebrations over the past decade! They have a cute gift shop where you can purchase cute and unique gifts items like beautiful pins and hats and of course tea sets.

The Tea House on Los Rios What a beautiful and relaxing place to spend an afternoon. The atmosphere feels peaceful and charming from the moment you walk in. The outdoor garden seating is absolutely stunning, filled with flowers, greenery, and a cozy vintage style that makes the entire experience feel special and memorable. It’s the perfect spot for a quiet brunch, afternoon tea, or even a romantic date. The tea selection was excellent with many unique flavors, and everything was served beautifully. The food tasted fresh and homemade, especially the pastries and sandwiches. You can tell they pay attention to small details, from presentation to customer service. The staff members were friendly, welcoming, and very attentive throughout our visit. One of my favorite things about this place is the relaxing environment. Even when it gets busy, it still feels calm and enjoyable. It’s also located in a very historic and lovely area, which makes walking around afterward even more enjoyable. Overall, this is one of the most charming tea houses in Southern California. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful atmosphere, delicious tea, and a unique experience. I will definitely

It was the best experience ever. The day was beautiful. The company for the event that I attended was excellent. The teas were delicious, the finger sandwiches and scones were absolutely delicious. Dessert was delicious. The atmosphere is just breathtaking. We're in an outdoor patio absorbing the ambiance of the day.
